Objective:
To train young men to become the leaders of tomorrow by focusing on:

• First Impressions – Image, Poise, Grooming, Hygiene, Dress codes
• Verbal Communication – Speech patterns, Slang, Enhanced vocabulary, Diction, Projection
• Deportment – Walking, Standing, Sitting, General Behaviour, First Impressions
• The Art of Proper Introductions – Titles, Address, Self introductions, Group introduction
• Etiquette – Social & Business
• Telephone Skills – Answering the phone; Using the phone; Transferring a call, Placing a caller on hold
• Cultural Sensitivities – Honouring different cultures
• Time Management – Showing Respect – Being punctual, Lists, Appearances
• Conflict Management – Resolving issues in a win-win manner
• Effective Networking – Working a room, Giving and receiving Business Cards, Follow-up
• Health & Fitness – Becoming aware of the importance of good health, exercise and having the appropriate tests in a timely manner
• Nutrition – The benefits of eating healthy foods
• Dance Etiquette – Knowing the right steps, Treating a lady with courtesy
• Dining Etiquette – Navigating the lunch or dinner setting with ease
• RSVP – Writing invitations and Thank you notes, Penmanship
• Graduation – Certificates and a four course dinner
